Unit 423 at 425 Vine St in Seattle is a chic, self-contained dog-friendly condo that is rented for 3-6 month time periods. It is newly furnished with a double bed, loveseat, dresser, night stand, table and chairs, linens, dishes and everything you need to feel at home.
Welcome to downtown Seattle. I purchased the condo in Dec 2021 and lived in it while I painted, carpeted and refreshed the unit. New carpet, drapes, furnishings, and bedding. The location is three blocks to the Space Needle and associated 74 acre cultural center (great for dog walks), six blocks to the waterfront which leads you to Pikes Market, and it is surrounded by Amazon’s 45 HQ buildings. Personally, it is the single most interesting place I’ve ever lived and I too travel for work.
There are always traveling nurses in the building, which is known as the Montreux. The condo is one of only five condo buildings in Seattle that allows short-term rentals. As a result, the building is full of traveling health care providers and tech workers.
There is a French-Vietnamese bakery downstairs in the building, along with a wine shop, stylist and private fitness business. In two blocks there are numerous restaurants, Walgreens, urgent care and lots of recreational activities.
