This is a bundle of two deposits and one non-refundable fee.

1. Refundable security deposit. Leave the condo as clean as it was when you moved in, and it will all be refunded.
2. Dog deposit if applicable. A one-time fee will be deducted to clean the carpet upon your departure. The balance is refundable.
3. New Tenant fee charged of all new tenants.
